How it works

One workflow, request to completion

From opening an engagement to a fully collected request list — creation, assignment, client response, and tracking, all in one place.

1

Create an Engagement

Start from scratch, or roll forward a prior engagement's request structure so you're not rebuilding it each period.

2

Configure Categories & Phases

Firm-wide categories and phases — Planning, Fieldwork, Completion — set once, used on every engagement.

3

Create Requests

Add a single request, or bulk-import a whole list from a template — every column optional except the name.

4

Assign People

Internal team, client team, or both — with permission overrides on individual requests when you need them.

5

Client Responds

A request moves from Received to Awaiting Client to Submitted as it's released, worked, and sent back.

6

Track on the Dashboard

Overdue, due this week, upcoming, and complete — one glance tells you exactly where an engagement stands.

7

Act in Bulk

Change status, reassign, move category, or delete — across many requests at once, not one at a time.

8

Archive or Delete

Finished work becomes read-only. Nothing leaves the system until a Firm Admin chooses to permanently delete it.

Under the hood

Built around how collection actually happens

Two-step deletion, on purpose

Soft-delete hides and keeps; permanent delete is separate, irreversible, and confirmed twice by a Firm Admin only.

Roll Forward, with a real preview

Copy a prior engagement's request structure across. Duplicates are flagged before you confirm, so nothing doubles up.

Bulk upload from a template

Download a workbook, fill one row per request, upload — the app reports exactly what was created, skipped, or flagged.

Per-request permission overrides

Restrict a single request to specific assignees, or hide its files from your own team until the client submits.

Roles that mean something

Firm Admin, Partner/Manager, Staff, Client Admin, Client User — each with a distinct, enforced set of permissions.

Tenant isolation, by default

Your firm's engagements are never visible to another firm — and colleagues only see one once they're added to it.
