How it works

One collection job, start to finish

From creating the engagement to the archived record — requests, categories, teams, and status, all on one page per engagement.

1

Create the Engagement

Start from scratch, or Roll Forward last period's request structure in one step.

2

Configure Categories

Start from an IFRS-based preset, or add your own — firm-wide, not rebuilt per engagement.

3

Create Requests

One at a time, or a whole engagement at once via the bulk-upload template.

4

Build the Team

Add your own staff, invite a Client Admin — they bring in the rest of their side.

5

Track Status

Received → Awaiting Client → Submitted → Complete — visible at a glance, always current.

6

Watch the Dashboard

Overdue, due this week, upcoming, complete — with phase progress and status charts.

7

Review the Trail

Every change, time-stamped and attributed — scoped strictly to the one engagement.

8

Archive or Retain

Archive (reversible), soft-delete (recoverable), or permanent delete — three deliberate steps, nothing automatic.

Under the hood

Built around how a real collection job actually runs

Bulk upload, honestly designed

Download the template, fill one row per request, upload. There's no preview step — the app reports exactly how many were created, skipped, or flagged, after the fact. No silent guessing about what happened.

Access follows engagement, not title

Being a Firm Admin doesn't automatically open every engagement — everyone, including admins, has to be added to a specific engagement's team before they can see inside it.

Internal notes, kept internal

Mark any comment "Internal only" and it never appears on the client's side — a private working note, not a message they can see.

Roll Forward, without the duplicates

Copies request names, descriptions, categories, and internal assignees across as editable defaults — and flags anything that would otherwise get duplicated.
